Eigentlich bin ich ein Altbau Fan, jedoch habe ich hier auch die Vorzüge des Neubaus, vor allem der Fußbodenheizung kennen und lieben gelernt. An der Stelle ich zu erwähnen, dass dir Deckenhöhe knappe 3 Meter beträgt, was ja sehr untypisch für Neubau ist, die Wohnung somit besonders macht. Die Nachbarschaft ist gemischt und sehr nett. Elektrogeräte (auch Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine) muss gegen einen fairen Abschlag übernommen werden. Haustiere sind hier erlaubt und müssen auch in der Tauschwohnung erlaubt sein, da ich meine beiden Katzen ungern eintausche :). Außerdem ist ein Balkon oder eine Terrasse ein Muss!
